Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and professional Store Manager to join the team at our busy store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently. You will hire, train, and supervise staff, schedule shifts, and implement operational processes that attract and retain guests. Successful Store Managers lead by example and uphold the highest standards in customer service. Responsibilities 
  • Provide leadership and direction to store staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating team members to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, maximize profitability, and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise, to ensure availability of products and minimize out-of-stock.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Maintain a high standard of store presentation, cleanliness, and organization, adhering to company policies and brand standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and industry partners to enhance brand reputation and drive customer loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to the sale and promotion of tobacco products.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner, striving to exceed customer expectations.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize resources to achieve financial targets and control costs.
Qualifications
  • Three years of previous retail management (Manager or Assistant Manager) is preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset and a focus on driving results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems, with experience in inventory management and sales analysis.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Compensación: $50,000.00 per year
